Embassy Court is a building with three histories; one as a glorious pioneer of British modernism during its heyday in the late 1930s and early 1940s. Another as the decaying and deteriorating building of late 20th century, plagued by legal wranglings and litigation disputes, and finally its modern history – that of a building restored to its former glory thanks to the combined efforts of a few dedicated leaseholders and their determination to take ownership of a share in the freehold of the building they called home.
